Welcome to the customer beta testing page for the new EZ-Online Mail. With this page, you find some basic guidelines to follow in your approach to testing out our new mail client. You will also be able to submit any additional comments, suggestions, system bugs, or possible enhancements to us.

Here are some guidelines that you will want to follow when you run your tests of the system:

Submitting suggestions

Take some license - suggestions are overly welcome with EZ-NetTools. We thrive on knowing what you, the customer, wants in an e-mail client. If you have an idea, don't let it waste away, send it to us without futher delay. [since we're on the subject, I might as well take the time to add a plug for suggestions@eznettools.net for other suggestions not regarding EZ-Online Mail]
Prioritize - although suggestions are wanted, there is always a priority level that is labeled with a suggestion. Use the priority menu to select a good level for consideration. As you do this, keep in mind that the application is built for thousands of users.

Submitting bugs

Is it reproducable - make sure that the bug you've created can be reproduced many times before calling it a "bug". Try to duplicate the issue more than once.
Be specific - the quicker we can isolate the bug, the faster we can fix it. Be sure you include all the steps you did to create the bug, and the environment in which the bug was created [i.e. browser type and version]
Expected results - include what should have happened if there was no bug.
One at a time - it's better to isolate one bug at a time, so it doesn't get confused with other variables.
