What happened to our support on Saturday? We NEED those longer hours on Saturday....please bring them back. |

Our hours are 8 am until 8 Pm Monday through Friday and 8 am until Noon on Saturdays. The hours for Saturday have not changed.

I agree those of us who have full time jobs can't always call for support help during the work day. I depened upon the Saturday help. I am up a creek without it. That was part of the package when we purchased it that the support was great What happened???? |

Please reinstate the Saturday customer support hours or add some later during the week. I have an additional full time job and I can't call for help during the day |

Longer support hours would be nice but have you seen the latest change in Priority Support. It dropped from a $60 minimum to a $10 minimum, this will do in a pinch. Many times I have wanted to talk to support when they were gone for the weekend. It was tough for me, I had to use my brain and be creative, but I solved 8 out of 10 situations without them. |

Our hours are M-F 8-5 MST. 24 hour priority support is only $10 minimum per call. |

I have found that e-mail support works real well and they're very responsive. More so than this bulletin board. I usually get a response the same day, depending on what time I send it, or at the most the next business day. |

For Dealers: I have asked marketing several times why dealers are not afforded Priority Support at no charge. I was wondering if any other dealers felt the same way.
