I'm sorry it took so long to answer your message. Our NameServers were being very "sporadic" on the weekend of Feb. 15th - early moring on the 17th. Unfortunately, our "WatchDog" system did not notify us the correct way it was supposed to, so we didn't realize this until we got in Monday morning at 8am[MST].

However, most of the intermittent connectivity issues with our mail servers should have been remedied on Friday, Feb. 28th. We installed new POP mail protocol software and since then, our mail servers have been screaming fast.
If you [or anyone else] are continuing to experience mail problems, let us know ASAP via e-mail or phone. The mail servers are of highest priority, and if there are ANY issues, we need to know of them right away so we can tackle the problem immediately. |
