Standard Support Options 
  • Use our Free support services via e-mail, phone, or online chat during our regular office hours.
 
Priority Support Options 
  • Receive 24-Hour, 7 days per week Priority Customer Support at a pay-by-minute rate. Fees are $1 per minute with a $10 minimum.


On rare occasions, you may not be able to access the EZ-NetTools web sites nor email due to internet or power problems. Sometimes these problems also affect our phone system. Therefore, we have established two independent methods for us to communicate with you.
