The EZ-Order option allows you to configure how the orders on your site will be processed. It includes the ability to set shipping methods and costs, sales taxes for different states and countries, select which type of currency you accept, and the ability to link your merchant account to your EZ-Net Tools™ account.
To access the EZ-Order option, select the 'Construction Tools' tab and click 'EZ-Order'. You will be brought to the EZ-Order menu which will display the following options:
Edit Configuration: This feature will allow you to configure certain criteria for your orders, such as shipping options, payment options, and adding on optional fields.
Edit Price List: This will link to the price list as it is set in the EZ-Catalog.
Edit Sales Taxes: This will allow you to edit the sales tax for the country and/or state for your purchasers' shipping address.
Edit Comments: Here, you can personalize some comments that will appear on the system-generated order pages. You may also create a custom message that will appear on the Email receipt after the customer orders.
Regional Settings: This option allows you to set the type of currency for your orders.
Select Countries: You can select the countries that you will accept you items to be shipped to.
View Order Form: This button will take you directly to your order form.
Real Time Transactions: If you have a merchant account, you can use this tool to link your orders to your account for credit card processing.
Main Menu: This button will return you to the Member Tools menu.
